Rates.
Standard booking
$500 per hour inclusive of travel, with a minimum booking of one hour.
A $300 deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining $200 is due at the start of the booking and may be paid in person or electronically.
Travel
The standard hourly rate includes travel within 25 km of Melbourne CBD. Travel beyond this area can be discussed and quoted in advance.
Additional hours are negotiable depending on the event, occasion, and overall duration.
Phone / virtual companion
Packages can be arranged for ongoing clients. Let’s meet in person first and see whether there’s a spark.
Extended bookings & packages
If you have something particular in mind—a longer evening, an event, regional travel, or another experience—tell me what you are considering and we can work out whether it suits us both.
Booking terms & expenses
Deposit & securing your booking
A $300 deposit is required to secure my time for your booking. Because that time is set aside specifically for you, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.
The deposit must be received no later than two weeks before the scheduled date. Until it has been received, I reserve the right to accept other commitments for that time.
With at least two weeks’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date agreed between us, subject to my availability. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.
The remaining $200 for a standard one-hour booking is due at the start of the booking, either in person or electronically.
Changes & cancellations
I understand that plans sometimes change.
With at least two weeks’ notice, a booking may be rescheduled once, subject to my availability, with the $300 deposit transferred to the new date.
If you cancel or ask to reschedule less than two weeks before the scheduled date, the $300 deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date or another person.
You will not be required to pay the remaining $200 if the booking does not go ahead.
Any expenses already committed on your behalf may also be non-refundable where I am unable to recover them.
If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel a booking and we cannot agree on a suitable alternative date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Any third-party expenses will be handled according to the relevant provider’s cancellation and refund terms.
Activity expenses & custom arrangements
Costs associated with an activity are generally arranged and covered by the client.
For custom packages or arrangements that require additional planning, a consultation fee will be agreed with you in advance. Once we have agreed on the details, the full cost of any activities, reservations, tickets, travel arrangements, or other agreed expenses must be received before I make commitments on your behalf.
Where third-party bookings have their own cancellation or refund conditions, those conditions will also apply.
